Lisa Hendriks

Lisa joined American Agrisurance in November of 1996 as an Underwriter Assistant. This company laid the foundation for her crop insurance knowledge and within five years she was a Senior Underwriter. She spent a great deal of time traveling training agents and also assisting the programmers with QA testing of a new software system. After leaving Am Ag/IGF, she spent 2002-Spring of 2004 with Rain and Hail learning another software system and assisting agents with various aspects of crop insurance.

In the summer of 2004, she saw the opportunity to move onto a start up company and began working for Crop 1 Insurance. The small environment led to everyone pitching in with all aspects of crop insurance from sales and marketing to underwriting and IT. In the fall of 2008, she decided to try yet another new venture and joined Ag Assure as the Service Center Manager.
